On St.Patrick's Day we went to our homeschooling friend's house to learn about who St. Patrick was and do some activities and crafts based on St. Patrick and Ireland. Our visit was topped off with a delicious meal of corned beef, cabbage, Irish soda bread, and sugar cookies. The kids had a great time counting marshmallows from Lucky Charms cereal to make a graph, making Celtic crosses, and reading books about Ireland.
